扶正益肺颗粒治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的有效性观察

Observation on the efficacy of Fuzheng Yifei granule in treating patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:探讨扶正益肺颗粒对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,COPD)患者的治疗效果及作用机制。方法:将116例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组58例,两组均给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上以扶正益肺颗粒口服,每次1袋,每日2次,1个月后观察两组患者治疗前后的症状、体征总积分改善情况,测定患者的高敏感性C-反应蛋白(High Sensitivity C Reactive Protein,hs-CRP)及肺功能指标。结果:治疗后,两组患者症状及体征总积分均比治疗前降低,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);hs-CRP测定显示,治疗组在控制感染方面优于对照组(P<0.05),而且治疗时间越长下降越明显;肺功能结果分析,两组患者用力肺活量(Forced Vital Capacity,FVC)、第1秒用力呼气量(Forced Expiratory Volume in the First Second,FEV1)、FEV1%pred、第1秒用力呼气量/用力肺活量(Forced Expiratory Volume in the first second/Forced Vital Capacity,FEV1/FVC)各参数与治疗前比较均改善(P<0.01或P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:扶正益肺颗粒治疗COPD疗效肯定,安全可靠,能减轻机体炎症反应,促进肺功能恢复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To study the effect and the mechanism of Fuzheng Yifei granule(扶正益肺颗粒)on patients of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Method:116 patients with COPD were randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the treatment group,with 58 cases in each group.The control group was given the conventional therapy of western medicine alone.The treatment group was combined with Fuzheng Yifei granule based on conventional therapy of western medicine,one bag each time,twice a day.Before the treatment and 1 month after the treatment,the total scores of clinical symptoms and physical signs were observed,and hs-CRP and pulmonary function were examined.Result:The results showed that the total scores of clinical symptoms and physical signs significantly decreased in both groups after treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,hs-CRP analysis showed that the therapy of both groups can help to improve the indexes of infection,the differences were statistically significant in both groups.The differences of hs-CRP were statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05),and the longer the treatment time,the more obvious the decrease.Results of lung function analysis showed that all parameters of FVC,FEV1,FEV1%pred and FEV1/FVC in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The differences of all parameters were statistically significant between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fuzheng Yifei granule has a definite therapeutic effect on COPD,it is safe and reliable,and it can reduce the body's inflammatory response,promote the recovery of lung function,and is worthy of clinical application.
