施红教授辨治糖尿病足经验

Professor Shi Hong's experience in the differential treatment of diabetic foot

糖尿病足是糖尿病引起的威胁人体生命健康最严重的并发症之一,临床治疗不仅棘手,而且花费大,病程长,给患者带来巨大负担。吾师施红教授,博士研究生导师,从事内分泌及代谢疾病的基础与临床的防治研究已20余年,经验颇丰,医术精湛,在治疗糖尿病足上有着独到的见解。施红教授认为糖尿病足的总病机特点为本虚标实,本虚即气阴两虚,标实即湿热壅盛,瘀血阻络。采用急治标实,缓治本虚原则,注重干湿性坏疽辨别;且以顾护脾胃,活血通络祛瘀毒为要;内服中药外用泡脚方相结合;根据病情,必要时采用中医为主,西医为辅治疗。施红教授运用石斛合剂(国家发明专利)治疗糖尿病足具有良好疗效,可供临床医生及医学生借鉴参考。

Diabetic foot is one of the most serious complications that threaten human life and health caused by diabetes.The clinical treatment is not only difficult,but also costly,with a long course of disease,which brings huge burden to patients.My tutor,Professor Shi Hong,doctoral tutor,has been engaged in the basic and clinical prevention and treatment of endocrine and metabolic diseases for more than 20 years and has accumulated rich experience,superb medical skills in the treatment of diabetic foot from a unique perspective.Professor Shi Hong believes that the general pathogenesis of diabetic foot is deficiency and excess,deficiency of both Qi and Yin,excess of dampness and heat,blood stasis blocking collaterals.Therefore,Professor Shi applies the principle of giving urgent treatment of superficial diseases and slow treatment of essential deficiency,and pays attention to the identification of dry-wet gangrene,and takes care of the spleen and stomach,promotes blood circulation and dredges collaterals and removes blood stasis and toxin and combines internal and external treatment.Depending on the condition,traditional Chinese medicine is used as the main treatment,while western medicine is used as the auxiliary treatment.Professor Shi Hong's application of Shihu mixture(石斛合剂)(national invention patent)in the treatment of diabetic foot has a good effect,which can be used as a reference for clinicians and medical students.
