中医中药护理对糖尿病性视网膜病变患者生活质量的影响

Effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on quality of life of patients with diabetic retinopathy

目的:探讨中医中药护理对糖尿病性视网膜病变患者生活质量的影响。方法:选择2019年2月-2020年2月时段在枣庄市薛城区中医院进行治疗的70例糖尿病性视网膜病变患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,观察组35例,对照组35例,观察组实施中医中药护理,对照组实施常规护理。比较两组患者的视力恢复情况、中文版低视力者生活质量表(Chinese-version Low Vision Quality of Life Questionnaire,CLVQOL)评分。结果:观察组的视力恢复情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05),远视力、移动和光感、调节能力、读和精细动作以及日常生活能力等CLVQOL评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对糖尿病性视网膜病变患者实施中医中药护理,能够有效提高患者生活质量,改善患者视力情况,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the quality of life of patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods:70 patients with diabetic retinopathy who were treated in Zaozhuang Xuecheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in observation group and 35 cases in control group.The observation group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing,while the control group received routine nursing.Visual acuity recovery and CLVQOL(Chinese-version Low Vision Quality of Life Questionnaire)scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The visual acuity of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The CLVQOL scores of distance vision,movement and light perception,regulation ability,reading and fine movement,and daily life ability of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM nursing can effectively improve the quality of life and eyesight of patients with diabetic retinopathy,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
