葛根芩连汤治疗糖尿病患者的临床疗效及血糖水平分析

Analysis of the clinical efficacy of Gegen Qinlian decoction in treating patients with diabetes and its effect on blood glucose level

目的:分析葛根芩连汤治疗糖尿病患者的临床疗效及血糖水平分析。方法:选择单县中医医院2018年8月-2019年8月诊治糖尿病110例患者资料,随机分两组,其中对照组55例采用二甲双胍治疗,研究组55例给予根管治疗联合牙周基础治疗,对两组临床疗效、血糖水平及不良反应进行比较。结果:研究组临床总有效率为94.55%(52/55),比对照组80.00%(44/55)高(P<0.05);研究组空腹血糖(4.15±0.30)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(7.17±0.35)mmol/L及糖化血红蛋白均比对照组优(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:葛根芩连汤治疗糖尿病,可降低血糖指标,患者不良反应更少,具安全性,具一定临床应用价值。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of Gegen Qinlian decoction(葛根芩连汤)in treating patients with diabetes and its effect on blood glucose level.Methods:The data of 110 patients with diabetes diagnosed and treated in Shanxian Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,and 55 patients in the control group were treated with metformin and 55 patients in the study group were treated with root canal therapy combined with periodontal basic therapy.The clinical efficacy,blood glucose levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the study group was 94.55%(52/55),which was higher than that of the control group,80.00%(44/55)(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose(4.15±0.30)mmol/L,postpranational 2 h blood glucose(7.17±0.35)mmol/L and HbA1c in the study group were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the comparison of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Gegen Qinlian decoction can reduce blood glucose indexes,reduce adverse reactions of patients,and it has safety and certain clinical application value.
