针灸配合自拟滋肾疏肝汤对抗精神病药物所致高泌乳素血症女性预后的影响

Prognostic effect of acupuncture combined with self-made Zishen Shugan decoction on hyperprolactinemia induced by antipsychotic drugs

目的:探究针灸配合自拟滋肾疏肝汤治疗抗精神病药物所致女性高泌乳素血症的预后状况。方法:病例选取时间为2018年4月-2019年6月,选取聊城市第四人民医院精神科室46例抗精神病药物所致高泌乳素血症女性患者进行此次研究,选用随机数字表法,将研究对象分为两组,对照组23例,研究组23例,两组均进行常规西药治疗,同时,对照组进行针灸治疗,研究组进行针灸配合自拟滋肾疏肝汤治疗,分析两组的中医证候积分、性激素水平数据。结果:数据结果显示,研究组两项中医证候积分均小于对照组,各项性激素水平均明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在抗精神病药所致女性高泌乳素血症中进行针灸配合自拟滋肾疏肝汤治疗,能够较好地降低肝郁、肾虚的中医证候积分,改善患者的性激素水平,临床整体运用效果较好,可在临床中进行推广。

Objective:To investigate the prognosis effect of acupuncture combined with Zishen Shugan decoction(自拟滋肾疏肝汤)on female patients with hyperprolactinemia induced by anti-psychotic drugs.Methods:Case selection time was from April 2018 to June 2019,and a total of 46 female patients with hyperprolactinemia caused by antipsychotics in the psychiatric department of Liaocheng Fourth People's Hospital were selected for this study.The random number method was used to select the study subjects.The patients were divided into 2 groups,with 23 cases in the control group and 23 cases in the study group.Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine.At the same time,the control group was treated with acupuncture.The study group was treated with acupuncture and self-made Zishen Shugan decoction.Symptom points and sex hormone data were analyzed.Results:The data showed that the scores of the two TCM syndromes in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of various sex hormones were significantly increased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with self-made Zishen Shugan decoction can reduce the TCM symptom scores of liver depression and kidney depression,and improve the level of sexual hormones in patients in the treatment of hyperprolactinemia caused by antipsychotic drugs.The application effect is better and can be promoted in clinical practice.
