益气养阴方在中晚期肺癌治疗中的临床应用分析

Analysis of the clinical application of Yiqi Yangyin formula in the treatment of advanced lung cancer

目的:探讨中晚期肺癌治疗中应用益气养阴方的临床疗效。方法:选择2018年3月-2020年3月在邳州市中医院接受治疗的46例中晚期肺癌患者为主要研究对象,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组23例。对照组患者进行常规顺铂联合紫杉醇联化疗治疗,研究组在对照组基础上应用益气养阴方进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,研究组生活质量(认知功能、心理功能、躯体功能、角色功能、社会功能)明显优于对照组,差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率(恶心呕吐、白细胞减少、血小板减少、肝功能损害)低于对照组,两组之间差异明显具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组临床症状严重程度(疼痛、气促、腹泻、失眠)较对照组来说较轻,两组之间差异明显具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中晚期肺癌患者治疗中采用益气养阴方的效果显著,可有效改善临床症状,提高生活质量,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Yiqi Yangyin formula(益气养阴方)in the treatment of advanced lung cancer.Methods:46 patients with advanced lung cancer who were treated in Pizhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,Jiangsu,from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the main subjects of study.They were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number method,with 23 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with cisplatin combined with paclitaxel,while the patients in the observation group were treated with Yiqi Yangyin formula on the basis of treatment of the control group.Results:After treatment,the quality of life(cognitive function,psychological function,physical function,role function,social function)in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group,which was with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions(nausea and vomiting,leukopenia,thrombocytopenia,liver function damage)in the study group was lower than that in the control group,there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups.The severity of clinical symptoms(pain,shortness of breath,diarrhea,insomnia)in the study group was lighter than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of middle and late stage lung cancer patients,Yiqi Yangyin formula has a significant effect,it can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life,and it is worth promoting.
