臭氧冲洗联合硝酸咪康唑治疗阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床观察

Clinical observation of ozone washing combined with miconazole nitrate in the treatment of vaginal candidiasis

目的:探究臭氧冲洗联合硝酸咪康唑治疗阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年1月至2019年12月收治的102例阴道假丝酵母菌病患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组两组;对照组患者采用硝酸咪康唑进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组患者治疗基础上行臭氧冲洗治疗;比较两组患者的临床疗效、症状缓解时间、疾病复发情况。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率为96.08%,高于对照组的72.55%(P<0.05),观察组患者的各项症状缓解时间少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后3个月、6个月的疾病复发率分别为1.96%、5.88%,均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:臭氧冲洗联合硝酸咪康唑治疗阴道假丝酵母菌病临床疗效较好,利于降低疾病复发率。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of ozone washing combined with miconazole nitrate in the treatment of vaginal candidiasis.Methods:102 patients with vaginal candidiasis admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups.The control group was only treated with miconazole nitrate,and the observation group was treated with ozone flushing on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,symptom relief time and disease recurrence of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group(72.55%),the total effective rate of the observation group(96.08%)was higher(P<0.05),and the remission time of symptoms in the observation group was shorter(P<0.05).The relapse rate of the observation group was 1.96%and 5.88%respectively in three and six months after treatment,which were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ozone washing combined with miconazole nitrate is effective in the treatment of vaginal candidiasis,which is beneficial to reduce the recurrence rate of the disease.
