HEART评分导向随访干预对急性心肌梗死患者PCI术后MACE风险的影响

Effect of HEART score-oriented follow-up intervention on the risk of MACE after PCI in patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的:探讨HEART评分导向的随访干预对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者PCI术后主要不良心血管事件(MACE)风险的影响。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年1月收治的104例AMI患者作为研究对象,均行PCI术治疗,根据入院时间顺序分为两组,各52例,对照组进行常规护理,观察组在此基础上行HEART评分导向的随访干预。比较两组干预前后自护能力(ESCA)、MACE发生率、护理满意度。结果:干预3个月后两组ESCA评分均较干预前提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组MACE发生率3.85%,低于对照组的17.31%(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为96.15%,高于对照组的71.15%(P<0.05)。结论:HEART评分导向的随访干预能够提高AMI患者PCI术后自护能力,降低MACE风险,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To investigate the effect of HEART score-oriented follow-up intervention on the risk of major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)after PCI in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods:104 patients with AMI admitted from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects,with PCI performed on all patients.According to the order of admission time,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,52 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received follow-up intervention guided by HEART score on the basis of routine nursing,with the self-care ability(ESCA),the incidence of MACE and the degree of nursing satisfaction compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After 3 months of intervention,ESCA scores in both groups were higher than those before intervention,with those of observation group being higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of MACE in the observation group was 3.85%,lower than that in the control group(17.31%)(P<0.05).The degree of nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.15%,higher than that of the control group(71.15%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:HEART score-oriented follow-up intervention can improve the self-care ability of AMI patients after PCI,reduce the risk of MACE,and improve the degree of nursing satisfaction.
