循证护理对急性心肌梗死冠脉介入术后并发症的影响

Effect of evidence-based nursing on complications after percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的:探讨循证护理对急性心肌梗死冠脉介入术后并发症的影响。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年12月收治的92例急性心肌梗死患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和循证组,各46例;对照组患者进行常规护理,循证组患者进行循证护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:循证护理干预后,循证组患者的并发症发生率、死亡率分别为11.11%、4.35%,均低于对照组患者的28.89%、17.39%(P<0.05);循证组患者的护理满意率93.48%,高于对照组的78.26%(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理应用于急性心肌梗死患者冠脉介入术护理,有助于预防术后并发症发生,降低死亡率,提高护理满意率。

Objective:To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on the complications of acute myocardial infarction after coronary intervention.Methods:92 patients with acute myocardial infarction from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the control group and the evidence-based group,with 46 cases in each group;the control group received routine nursing,while the evidence-based group received evidence-based nursing,with the nursing effects compared.Results:After the evidence-based nursing intervention,the complication rate and mortality rate of the evidence-based group were 11.11%and 4.35%respectively,which were lower than those of the control group(28.89%and 17.39%respectively).The nursing satisfaction rate of the evidence-based group was 93.48%,which was higher than that of the control group(78.26%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of evidence-based nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing coronary intervention is helpful in preventing postoperative complications,reducing mortality and improving nursing satisfaction rates.
