摘要
融"师德保健"理念的师德监控机制,是学校有效推进师德建设的重要依托。渗透师德保健理念的师德监控机制建设,要从以下方面着眼:师德监控机制的设计上要采取"监控—信息梳理—预警、预防与教育—治理"和"监控—信息收集—师德学习与自我教育"两条线并行;师德监控的实施中,要注重教师主体性激发;师德监控机制的评价、改进上,要以师德保健的实现程度为基准。此外,还要加大师德环境与文化建设,扭转师德监控之于教师的"异化"趋势,使师德监控成为教师教育生活的"必需品"。
The Monitoring Mechanism of Teacher s Ethics(MMTE)which grounded in the idea of Teacher's Ethics Care(TEC)is the most important part of the development system of teacher ethics.The article shows the structure of MMTE while addresses its logic of function by systematic analyses.The structure of MMTE can be described as(teacher s ethics)information collection-information analysis—early warning and intervention when some negative information or trend be detected which would likely produce improper behaviour of teachers or ill effects,while at the same time find out some positive sample of teacher ethics that could produce good effect on students and peers which could be used as the material of teacher ethic education.The kind of information mentioned above could be apply to the development of teacher ethic from different dimensions which could constantly promote teacher ethics.Some important issues must be paid attention to while MMTE works which described in detail as follows,a)more attention should be paid to stimulate teacher s subjectivity in MMTE to ensure the efficient,b)improving the system according to the evaluation of MMTE which based on the realization degree of(TEC)putting more emphasis on the construction of culture which may contributes to the development of teacher ethics.
