摘要
世界范围内的教师教育由封闭制向开放制转型始于20世纪50年代,并持续至今。开放制是对封闭制的淘汰,其转型是由于封闭制的固有弊端、教师职业职能的转变、终身教育思潮的发展、教师专业化的发展以及大学公共哲学性质的牵引等原因。转型的目的在于缓解师范教育固有矛盾、提高教师学历、优化师资结构、促进教师终身学习和专业化发展,提高教师质量。
The transformation of teacher education around the world from the closed system to the open system began in the 1950s and continues till now.The open system is the elimination of the closed system,and its transformation is due to the inherent drawbacks of the closed system,the transformation of teachers professional functions,the development of the thought of lifelong education,the development of teachers specialization and the traction of the public philosophy of universities.The purpose of the transformation is to alleviate the inherent contradictions of normal education,improve teachers qualifications,optimize teachers structure,promote teachers lifelong learning and professional development,and improve teachers quality.
