摘要
近年来,生物力学在医学中的应用越来越广泛。生物力学与角膜屈光手术的多个环节密切相关,涉及手术适应证、手术方式选择、手术参数设计、手术并发症处理、手术矫正效果预测及长期稳定性等诸多方面。本文通过解析生物力学在角膜屈光手术中的临床意义,旨在强调理解力学对角膜组织影响,以及生物力学在角膜屈光手术中所发挥的重要作用,从而进一步提升角膜屈光手术的安全性、有效性、可预测性及长期的稳定性。
It has been recently recognized that biomechanics plays a crucial role in medicine.Corneal biomechanics is closely related to multiple aspects of corneal refractive surgery,such as indications for refractive surgery,choice of surgical methods,design of surgical parameters,management of surgical complications,prediction of surgical correction effect and long-term stability.By analyzing the various roles of biomechanics in corneal refractive surgery,this article aims to emphasize the possible influence of mechanics on corneal tissue,as well as the importance of biomechanics in corneal refractive surgery,so as to further improve the surgical safety,efficacy and predictability.
