摘要 目的探究血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、神经生长因子(NGF)在上皮性卵巢癌(EOC)中的表达及意义。方法选取60例EOC患者的卵巢癌组织标本为观察组,选取同期获得的38例良性卵巢肿瘤组织标本为对照组,比较2组患者VEGF、NGF的表达情况以及观察组患者VEGF、NGF的表达情况与临床病理学特征的关系。结果观察组VEGF和NGF的表达均高于对照组(P<0.01)。卵巢癌组织中VEGF的表达与病理分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.01),与病理分型、病理分级无关(P>0.05);卵巢癌组织中NGF的表达与病理分型、病理分期、病理分级有关(P<0.05或<0.01),与淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。结论VEGF、NGF的表达与上皮性卵巢癌临床病理学特征有关,且有助于EOC的诊断,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the expression and significance of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and nerve growth factor(NGF)in epithelial ovarian cancer(EOC).Methods 60 specimens of ovarian cancer were retrospectively selected as the observation group,38 specimens of benign ovarian tumors from the same period were selected as the control group,and the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor and NGF in the 2 groups were compared,as well as the relationship between the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor and NGF in the observation group and clinical pathological characteristics.Results The expression of VEGF and NGF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01);the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor in the observation group was related to pathological stage and lymphatic metastasis(P<0.01),but not to pathological classification and pathological grading(P>0.05);the expression of NGF in the ovarian cancer tissue was related to pathological classification,pathological stage and pathological grading(P<0.05 or<0.01),not related to lymphatic metastasis(P>0.05).Conclusion The expression of vascular endothelial growth factor and NGF is related to clinicopathological characteristics,and is helpful to the diagnosis of EOC,which is worthy of clinical application.
