不同皮瓣修复治疗在口腔癌皮瓣修复患者应用效果及对生存质量的影响比较

Comparison on the Application Effect of Different Skin Flap Repair Treatment in the Patients with Flap Repair of Oral Cancer and Influence for the Life Quality

目的观察与比较不同皮瓣修复治疗在口腔癌皮瓣修复患者应用效果及对生存质量的影响。方法选取行口腔癌皮瓣修复治疗的70例患者为研究对象,将70例患者随机分为A组(前臂皮瓣修复组)35例和B组(上臂外侧皮瓣修复组)35例,然后统计与比较两组患者治疗前后的张口度、感觉功能情况及生存质量评分。结果治疗前两组患者的张口度及生存质量评分、治疗后1d的感觉功能情况均无显著性差异,P均>0.05,而治疗后6个月、9个月及12个月B组的张口度、感觉功能情况及生存质量评分均显著优于A组,P均<0.05,两组治疗后的结果均有显著性差异。结论上臂外侧皮瓣修复治疗在口腔癌皮瓣修复患者应用效果较好,且对生存质量的影响也相对更好,因此认为上臂外侧皮瓣修复治疗的临床应用价值更高。

Objective To observe and compare the application effect of different skin flap repair treatment in the patients with flap repair of oral cancer and influence for the life quality.Methods 70 patients with flap repair of oral cancer were selected as the study object,and 70 patients were randomly divided into group A(forearm flap repair group)35 csaes and group B(lateral arm flap repair group)35 cases,then the maximal mouth opening,sensory function situation and life quality score of the 2 groups before and after the treatment were analyzed and compared.Results The maximal mouth opening,life quality score before the treatment and sensory function situation at first day after the treatment of the 2 groups all had no significant differences,all P>0.05,and the maximal mouth opening,sensory function situation and life quality score of group B at 6th,9th and 12th month after the treatment were all significantly better than those of group A,all P<0.05,the results of the 2 groups after the treatment all had significant differences.Conclusion The application effect of lateral arm flap repair treatment in the patients with flap repair of oral cancer is better,and its influence for the life quality is relatively better,so the clinical application value of lateral arm flap repair is higher.
