摘要
对DST-17型应力仪进行材料残余应力测量分析,通过对标准试样的测量比较,分析了ψ角个数,准直管直径及探测器种类对X射线衍射法应力检测测量误差的影响。实验结果表明:ψ角个数对测量误差波动的影响较小,随ψ角个数的增加测量误差有小幅度减小最后趋于稳定;准直管直径对测量误差有较明显的影响,1 mm直径准直管测量误差以及误差波动较大,2 mm直径准直管的测量误差和3 mm直径准直管的测量误差基本相同。SDD探测器的测量误差比线性阵列探测器的测量误差小一些,探测器的类型对误差的波动没有显著影响。
The errors of DST-17 stress meter were analyzed by using compared with standard sample.The experimental results indicated that the number of angles has little influence on the fluctuation of measurement errors,but the measurement errors decrease slightly and finally tend to be stable with the increase of the number of angles.However,the diameter of collimating tube has obvious influence on measurement error of residual stress.The measurement error and error fluctuation of 1 mm diameter collimating tube are large.The measurement error of 2 mm diameter collimating tube is basically the same as that of 3 mm diameter collimating tube.The measurement error of SDD detector is smaller than that of linear array detector.The type of detector has little effect on the error fluctuation.
