摘要
提出了一种适用于地铁车辆的新型多胞元铝型材吸能结构。此种结构具有形式简单、成本低廉的特点。通过试验测试与数值模拟相结合的方法对该结构的吸能特性展开研究。研究结果表明多胞元铝型材结构的吸能能力稳定,压溃力对冲击速度的变化不敏感。多胞元铝型材结构的压溃力与材料屈服强度、型材壁厚大致呈线性关系。
In this paper,an energy absorption structure of multi cell aluminum profiles for metro vehicles is proposed,which has the advantages of simple form and low cost.Through the combination of experiment and numerical simulation,the characteristics of the structure on energy absorption are studied.The experimental results show that the energy absorption capacity of the structure is stable,and the crushing force is not sensitive to the change of impact velocity.The relationship between the crushing force and the yield strength,the wall thickness of the multi cell aluminum profile is approximately linear.
