莫沙必利联合奥美拉唑治疗老年反流性食管炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of Mosapride combined with omeprazole in the treatment of elderly reflux esophagitis

目的观察莫沙必利联合奥美拉唑治疗老年反流性食管炎(RE)的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月-2019年1月连江县医院收治的老年RE患者124例,采用随机数字表法分为A组和B组,每组62例。2组患者均给予枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗,A组在此基础上加用奥美拉唑碳酸氢钠胶囊治疗。比较2组患者治疗效果,治疗前后临床症状(反流、胸骨后疼痛、泛酸和烧灼感等)评分变化、反流次数与反流时间变化及胃肠激素(胃泌素与胃动素)水平变化。结果治疗3个月,A组总有效率为95.16%,高于B组的83.87%(χ^(2)=4.211,P=0.040);治疗后,2组反流、胸骨后疼痛、泛酸和烧灼感评分,反流次数与反流时间及胃泌素与胃动素水平分别较治疗前降低、减少和提高,且A组降低、减少和提高的幅度大于B组(P均<0.01)。结论莫沙必利联合奥美拉唑治疗老年反流性食管炎的治疗效果显著,可明显改善老年RE患者临床症状,提高其胃肠道功能,缩短病程,具有较高推广应用价值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Mosapride combined with omeprazole in the treatment of elderly reflux esophagitis( RE). Methods One hundred and twenty-four elderly patients with re admitted to Lianjiang County Hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into group A and group B with 62 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with mosapride citrate tablets,and group A was treated with omeprazole sodium bicarbonate capsules on the basis of mosapride citrate tablets. The treatment effect,clinical symptoms( reflux,pain after sternum,acid reflux,burning sensation,etc.) score changes,reflux times and reflux time changes,and gastrointestinal hormone( gastrin and motilin) levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Conclusion Mosapride combined with omeprazole in the treatment of elderly patients with reflux esophagitis has a significant therapeutic effect,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of elderly patients with reflux esophagitis,improve their gastrointestinal function,shorten the course of disease,and has high application value.
