消旋卡多曲联合甘草锌颗粒辅助治疗小儿轮状病毒感染性肠炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of racecadotril combined with Licorzine granules in adjuvant treatment of children with rotavirus infectious enteritis

目的观察消旋卡多曲联合甘草锌颗粒辅助治疗小儿轮状病毒感染性肠炎的临床效果。方法纳入2018年6月-2019年6月广东省龙川县人民医院收治的轮状病毒感染性肠炎患儿104例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各52例。2组均给予常规治疗,对照组患儿在常规治疗基础上加用消旋卡多曲治疗,观察组患儿在对照组治疗基础上加用甘草锌颗粒治疗。比较2组临床疗效、临床症状改善时间、治疗前后炎性因子指标和不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为96.15%,高于对照组的84.62%(χ^(2)=3.983,P=0.046);观察组退热时间、呕吐消失时间、腹泻消失时间、脱水纠正时间、大便性状恢复正常时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后2组白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-17(IL-17)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01);2组不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.122,P=0.727)。结论消旋卡多曲联合甘草锌颗粒辅助治疗小儿轮状病毒感染性肠炎疗效确切,可显著改善患儿临床症状,降低炎性因子水平,且用药安全,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of racecadotril combined with Licorzine granules in the adjuvant treatment of children with rotavirus infectious enteritis.Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,104 children with rotavirus infectious enteritis who were admitted to the People’s Hospital of Longchuan County,Guangdong Province were included.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,52 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional treatment.Children in the control group were treated with racecadotril on the basis of conventional treatment,and children in the observation group were treated with Licorzine granules on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom improvement time,inflammatory factor indexes and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.15%,which was higher than 84.62%of the control group(χ~2=3.983,P=0.046);the time of antipyretic,disappearance of vomiting,disappearance of diarrhea,correction of dehydration,and recovery of stool characteristics in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.01);after treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-17(IL-17)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.01);there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ~2=0.122,P=0.727).Conclusion Racecadotril combined with Licorzine granules has a definite effect in the treatment of infantile rotavirus infectious enteritis,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of children,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and is safe to use.It is worthy of clinical application.
