山东自贸试验区建立背景下烟台外贸企业的机遇与策略研究

Research on Opportunities and Strategies of Yantai Foreign Trade Enterprises under the Background of the Establishment of Shandong Pilot Free Trade Zone

2019年8月26日,国务院同意设立中国(山东)自由贸易试验区,山东自贸试验区设立烟台片区(以下简称烟台自贸园区)。山东自贸试验区在吸引外资、发展出口加工产业、允许和鼓励外资设立大的商业企业等方面给外贸企业带来了新一轮的挑战和机遇。本文采用实证分析法,分析了烟台对外贸易发展现状,研究发现烟台自贸园区应建立中日韩经贸合作机制、扶持优势产业、聚焦科研机构和创新人才、支持外贸新业态发展;烟台外贸企业应充分利用自身的比较优势,抓住贸易便利化的契机、实现产业集群式发展、加速离岸贸易的发展等。

On August 26,2019,the State Council approved the establishment of China(Shandong)Pilot Free Trade Zone and Yantai Area(hereinafter referred to as Yantai Free Trade Zone)in Shandong Pilot Free Trade Zone.Shandong Pilot Free Trade Zone has brought new challenges and opportunities to foreign trade enterprises in attracting foreign capital,developing export processing industry,allowing and encouraging foreign capital to set up large commercial enterprises.This article uses empirical analysis to analyze the status quo of Yantai's foreign trade development.The study found that the Yantai Free Trade Zone should establish a China-Japan-Korea economic and trade cooperation mechanism,support advantageous industries,focus on scientific research institutions and innovative talents,and support the development of new foreign trade formats.Yantai foreign trade enterprises should make full use of their own comparative advantages,seize the opportunity of trade facilitation,realize the development of industrial clusters,and accelerate the development of offshore trade.
