摘要 基于赵炳南著作及其学术传承人总结的赵炳南经验,探讨"四藤"组合思路及其在乳腺疾病中的应用。四藤组合由天仙藤、首乌藤、鸡血藤、钩藤组成,体现出调和阴阳、沟通内外、调节气血的特点。在此组合基础上衍生出诸多方剂,广泛应用于乳腺增生、哺乳期乳腺炎、肉芽肿性乳腺炎、乳腺恶性肿瘤等各类乳腺疾病的治疗。并从"四藤"诸药在乳腺疾病中的应用、"四藤"组合选药机理、"四藤"组合衍生方"四藤"二红汤、"四藤"二红汤配合后天固本饮、益肾通脉汤的组方机理及临床应用等方面阐述赵炳南"四藤"组合思路在乳腺疾病中的应用与发展。 This study discussed professor ZHAO Bingnan's experience in the treatment of breast diseases by using the combination of four rattan herbs,based on the books written by him and his students.The four rattan herbs were Tian Xian Teng(Herba Aristolochiae),Shou Wu Teng(Caulis Polygoni Multiflori),Ji Xue Teng(Caulis Spatholobi),and Gou Teng(Ramulus Uncariae Cum Uncis).The combination of four rattan herbs were aimed to harmonize yin and yang,communicate the internal and external,and regulate qi and blood.Many prescriptions were derived based on this herbal combination,which were widely used for treating various breast diseases such as breast hyperplasia,lactation mastitis,granulomatous mastitis,and breast cancer.The application of each of the four rattan herbs in treating breast diseases,and the mechanism of herbal selection were introduced.Additionally,the mechanism and application of the derived prescriptions,such as Siteng Erhong Decoction(四藤二红汤),the combination of Siteng Erhong Decoction and Houtian Guben Beverage(后天固本饮),and Yishen Tongmai Decoction(益肾通脉汤),were also explored and reported.
