Professor LI Qinghai's Experience in Treatment of Coronary Plaque from Pathogenesis of Qi,Phlegm and Stasis

总结李庆海治疗冠状动脉斑块的经验。基于气、痰、瘀病机理论,以五脏气血阴阳为辨证纲领,总结治疗冠状动脉斑块的五法,即阳虚者,治以补气温阳、化痰祛瘀为温补法;气虚者,治以补脾益气、化痰祛瘀为平补法;气郁者,治以疏肝理气、化痰祛瘀为疏补法;阴虚有火者,治以益气养阴、化痰祛瘀为清补法;寒热错杂者,治以寒温同调为和补法。提出饮食处方、情志处方、运动处方与药物处方同等重要,总以平衡人体之气血阴阳,使内环境利于机体的自我修复从而达到稳定和改善冠状动脉斑块为目的。

This paper summarized Professor LI Qinghai's experience in treating coronary plaque.From the pathogenesis of qi,phlegm and stasis,and based on the patten differentiation principles of the five zang organs,yin and yang,qi and blood,LI puts forward five treatment methods that can be used to dissolve phlegm and dispel stasis for coronary plaque patients in different conditions.In case of yang deficiency,the warming and supplementing method is used through supplementing qi and warming yang;for those with qi deficiency,the even supplementation method is performed by supplementing spleen and boosting qi;for those with qi constraint,the smoothing and supplementing method is recommended through soothing liver and regulating qi;for yin deficiency with vigorous fire,clearing and supplementing method is used to boost qi and nourish yin;when there is cold-heat complex,harmonizing and supplementing method is administered by regulating and harmonizing cold and warm simultaneously.He advocates that guidance on diet,emotions management and exercises are as important as herbal prescriptions,all of which contribute equally to the balance of qi,blood,yin and yang of human body,thereby providing better internal environment for self-repair and achieving stability and reversal of coronary plaque.
