摘要
当前,随着毕业生总量的逐年上升,有些毕业生暂时不就业,形成慢就业现象。95后毕业生初入职场,毕业生毕业后两年内更换工作的比例也很高。但毕业生一旦离开学校,就失去应届毕业生身份,只能以社会人员身份参加各类招考,想要通过二次择业提高就业质量存在一定的困难。为缓解毕业生就业压力,2019年广东省出台高校毕业生就业择业期政策,本文主要针对该政策,与其他有关就业政策进行对比,研究不同政策的优劣。
At present,with the volume of graduates increasing year by year,many graduates do not get employed first.They are trying to escape the pressure of job hunting.The society commonly known as the phenomenon of slow employment.Graduates born after 1995 enter the workplace for the first time,the proportion of graduates changing jobs within two years after graduation is also very high.But once graduates leave university,they lose their identity as fresh graduates and can only take part in various recruitment examinations as social personnel.Thus it is difficult to improve the quality of employment through secondary employment.In order to relief the employment pressure of graduates,Guangdong province introduced a policy on the job selection duration of college graduates in 2019.This article mainly compares this policy with other relevant employment policies,and studies the advantages and disadvantages of different policies.
