摘要
疫情常态化背景下,"云就业"平台已成为高校应届毕业生就业的重要渠道。基于信息技术采纳和自我效能理论,探讨影响高校大学生自我效能产生的条件因素及导致的结果因素,从而研究以自我效能为中介的大学生"云就业"平台采纳意愿的影响因素。文章通过结构方程对构建的大学生"云就业"平台采纳的影响因素模型进行检验,结果表明:感知风险、感知真实性、感知易用性、主观规范通过自我效能显著影响行为意愿,感知成本对自我效能的影响不显著。
Under the background of normalization of epidemic situation, "cloud employment" platform has become an important channel for college graduates to get employment. Based on the theory of information technology adoption and self-efficacy, this paper explores the factors that affect college students’ self-efficacy and the resulting factors, so as to study the influencing factors of College Students’ willingness to adopt "cloud employment" platform mediated by self-efficacy. The results show that perceived risk, perceived authenticity, perceived ease of use and subjective norms significantly affect behavioral intention through self-efficacy, while perceived cost has no significant impact on selfefficacy.
