新疆高校大学生职业生涯教育的现状、问题及对策——基于新疆13所本专科院校的调研

Current Situation, Problems and Countermeasures of Career Education for College Students in Xinjiang ——Research on 13 Colleges and Universities in Xinjiang

新疆高校的职业生涯教育由于起步较晚,当前存在高校对职业生涯教育重要性认识不足、大学生个体对职业生涯规划认识不清、职业生涯规划与思想政治教育有机结合不够、职业生涯规划缺乏针对性和连续性以及缺乏科学有效的职业生涯教育等问题,新疆高校应树立科学的生涯教育理念、将思想政治教育融入职业生涯教育、优化和改革职业生涯教育课程、加强职业生涯辅导咨询、建立职业生涯教育保障机制等,更好地为大学生的成才服务。

Due to the late start of career education in Xinjiang colleges and universities, there are some problems such as insufficient understanding of the importance of career education, unclear understanding of career planning among college students, insufficient organic combination of career planning and ideological and political education, lack of pertinence and continuity of career planning and lack of scientific and effective career education. Xinjiang colleges and universities should set up scientific career education concept, integrate ideological and political education into career education, optimize and reform career education curriculum, strengthen career guidance and consultation, and establish career education guarantee mechanism, so as to better serve college students.
