人工智能时代来势汹涌,智慧教育系统的生成必将对传统的教育形式产生巨大的冲击。“人”的社会而非机器的社会,体现出教育永远是对“人”进行文化传承发展、人性塑造的活动。人工智能会改变需要培养的法律人,在其职业素质和职业能力要求上会有重大变革,形成简单重复劳动逐渐消亡,法律推理、判断能力提升以及法学创新能力、人性本质上的更高要求。智能教育会让法学教育呈现标准化的基础教育,精准性的职业定制培训,创新性的人才培养机制,共享与互通的法学教育模式。法学教育者要以积极的主动精神投入到智能化教育改革中,欣然接受重复性脑体劳动解放的红利,华丽转身投入到更有创造性的法治思想塑造、法学理论研究工作中,为培养更有人性、更加专业、人与人工智能协同配合的新型法律人才而成功转型。

In the turbulent era of artificial intelligence,the generation of the intelligent education system will have a huge impact on the traditional forms of education.The society of “human beings”rather than machines is distinctive that the education is always an activity of cultural inheritance and humanity shaping upon people.Artificial intelligence can also change the legal profession that need to be cultivated,and there will be significant changes in their professional quality and professional ability requirements,resulting in the gradual disappearance of simple and repetitive work,the improvement of legal reasoning and judgment ability,and the higher requirements of legal innovation ability and human nature.The intelligent education will make legal education present the standardized basic education,the precise professional tailored training,the innovative talent training mechanism,and the shared and interoperable legal education resources.The law educators should devote themselves to the reform of intelligent education with a positive and active spirit,accepting the benefits from the liberation of repetitive brain labor with pleasure,and turning to the work of molding the thoughts of rule of law and the study of law theories which are more creative.In this way,the cultivation of humanistic and professional new legal talent that works with artificial intelligence harmoniously can be realized.
