摘要
企业法务被视为现代公司法人治理的三驾马车之一,企业法务人才供给与需求之间存在结构性矛盾。卓越企业法务人才培养需要在“国家标准”的基础上,凸显个人性标准。温州大学基于区域经济社会发展及办学定位,着力跨学科培养服务民营企业的卓越企业法务人才。基本经验:一是研制包括知识标准、能力标准、素质标准在内的个性化培养标准;二是以法学为主导,组建包括法学、管理学、经济学等学科师资的虚拟跨学科组织,构建跨学科课程体系;三是共建国内第一个依托高校设立的劳动人事仲裁派出庭,做实实践教学。
Corporate legal affairs are regarded as one of the three major affairs of corporate governance of modern companies.For now,there is a structural contradiction between the supply and demand of corporate legal talents.The training of outstanding corporate legal personnel needs to highlight individual standards on the basis of“national standards”.Based on regional economic and social development and school positioning,Wenzhou University is focusing on training interdisciplinary talent who are excellent corporate legal professionals and serve private enterprises.The basic experience includes:(1)to develop individualized training standards including knowledge standards,competence standards,and quality standards;(2)to take law as the lead and set up a virtual interdisciplinary organization including teachers in law,management,and economics,and construct an interdisciplinary curriculum system;(3)to jointly build the first domestic labor and personnel arbitration established by a college and seamlessly coordinate with practical teaching.
