论文研习于研究生教学中的范式倡导及逻辑策略--以刑事诉讼法课程为例

On the Model Advocacy and Logical Strategy in the Thesis Study Method in Postgraduate Teaching--Taking Criminal Procedure Law Course as an Example

受论文研习对于学术型授课教师的刚性需求同教师稀缺现实之间的矛盾镜像,论文研习相较于传统教学方式、方法所需要的几何倍工作投入,以及刑事诉讼理论的外化呈现同论文研习本身之外部吸引的难度系数三个方面的现实制约,我国当下研究生教学中的论文研习方法长期且普遍阙如,掣肘研究生教学在知识体系深化、学术志趣培养等方面的目标实现。立足于研究生教学改革的现实语义,鉴于多数研究生在学位论文撰写之时存在选题方向随机、撰写思路模糊、行文逻辑混乱、理论深度匮乏的多重现实问题,研究生教学体系项下的方法语义理应作出回应,而此种以“精读到研讨”为具体授课逻辑、以“基础理论讲授同论文交互研判证析”为具体授课内容,突破传统教学方法下的一维课堂教学运用逻辑,转而延伸至课前、课上及课下的三重维度,并分别在内容、策略等方面作以差异性组织安排的论文研习方法即属于摆在我们面前的一种切实可行的有益路径。

There are many restrictions in current postgraduate teaching,including:(1)the contradiction between the rigid demand of academic teachers and the reality of the scarcity of teachers,(2)the multiple working input rises required by the thesis study method compared with the traditional teaching method,as well a s(3)the conflict between the extemalization of the criminal procedure theory and the difficulty coefficient of the external attraction of the thesis study itself.At present,there is a long-term and universal lack of research methods in postgraduate teaching in China,which restraints the realization of postgraduate teaching goals such as deepening the knowledge system and cultivating academic interests.Based on the reality of postgraduate teaching reform,the thesis study method under the postgraduate teaching system should respond to the multiple practical problems existing in most postgraduate students’thesis writing,such as,random topic selections,vague thinking pattern in writing,illogical confusions in writing and the lack of theoretical depth.The thesis study method,which takes “intensive reading to discussion”as the specific teaching logic,and the combination of basic theories teaching and thesis interactive research and judgment as the specific teaching content,aims to break through the one-dimensional classroom teaching logic of traditional teaching method and turns into three dimensions before class,in class and after class.It also makes different organization and arrangement in content,strategy and other aspects,which is a practical and beneficial way before us.
