摘要
目的应用混合现实技术对骶骨肿瘤患者进行骶骨肿瘤切除重建手术,探讨其在骶骨肿瘤切除重建中的临床应用价值。方法 20例骶骨肿瘤患者随机分为观察组和对照组各10例,对照组根据影像学资料的肿瘤边界进行骶骨肿瘤切除重建术,观察组在对照组的基础上联合采用混合现实技术进行骶骨肿瘤切除重建术,比较2组手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度、患者术后满意度、住院时间及切口一期愈合情况。结果观察组手术时间[(168.00±59.59)min]和切口长度[(16.50±4.95)cm]短于对照组[(254.50±99.91)min、(23.00±7.53)cm](P<0.05),术中出血量[(762.00±624.85)mL]少于对照组[(1 500.00±527.05)mL](P<0.05),患者术后满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),住院时间[(21.30±9.81)d]和切口一期愈合率(7/10)与对照组[(27.40±6.96)d、4/10]比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论混合现实技术可应用于骶骨肿瘤术前手术方案设计、术前医患沟通、术中辅助切口设计、肿瘤边界的定位,有助于避免损伤肿瘤毗邻的重要解剖结构。
Objective To perform the sacral tumor resection and reconstruction by using mixed reality technology and explore the clinical value of mixed reality technology to sacral tumor resection and reconstruction. Methods Twenty patients with sacral tumor were randomly and equally divided into observation group and control group. Control group received sacral tumor resection and reconstruction according to the imaging findings of the tumors, and observation group used mixed reality technology on the basis of the surgical method in control group. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, length of incision, degree of postoperative satisfactory of patients, the length of hospital stay and the primary healing of incision were compared between two groups. Results The operating time and length of incision were shorter in observation group((168.00±59.59) min,(16.50±4.95) cm) than those in control group((254.50±99.91) min,(23.00±7.53) cm)(P<0.05), and the intraoperative blood loss was less in observation group((762.00±624.85) mL) than that in control group((1 500.00±527.05) mL)(P<0.05). Observation group had higher satisfactory degree than control group(P<0.05). The length of hospital stay and primary incision healing rate showed no significant differences between observation group((21.30±9.81) d, 7/10) and control group((27.40±6.96) d, 4/10)(P>0.05). Conclusion Mixed reality technology can be used in preoperative surgical plan design of sacrum tumor, preoperative doctor-patient communication, intraoperative auxiliary incision design and tumor boundary localization, and contributes to the avoidance of the damage to important anatomical structures adjacent to the tumor.
