师范生实习过程中存在的问题及对策——以运城师范高等专科学校2018届毕业生为例

Problems and Countermeasures of Normal Students’Practice——A Case Study of the 2018 Graduates of Yuncheng Teachers College

实习是师范院校培养教师的重要一环。认真抓好教学实习,是提高教师教育水平和教师质量的重要保证。当前,师范生在实习过程中存在着教学实习环节安排不够严谨、课堂教学基本技能有待提升、教学实践工作流程尚需细化等问题。师范生教学实习应该加大监管力度,完善实习跟踪指导制度;强化技能训练,厚实教学内涵基本功;规范管理制度,优化实习体系设置。

Practice is an important part of training teachers in normal colleges.It is an important guarantee to improve teachers’education level and quality to grasp the Chinese symbols in teaching practice.At present,there are some problems in the process of normal students’practice,such as the less strict arrangement of teaching practice,the basic skills of classroom teaching still to be improved,and the teaching practice workflow yet to be refined.In normal students’teaching practice we should strengthen the supervision,improve the practice tracking guidance system,intensify the skill training,enrich the basic skills of teaching connotation,standardize the management system and optimize the practice system.
