高校支持乡村中小学美育建设研究

Research on the Support of Universities for the Construction of Aesthetic Education in Rural Primary & Secondary Schools

高校对口支持乡村中小学开展美育浸润行动计划,是教育部组织多方参与的美育试点建设项目,具有重要的现实意义。在建设主体上,要处理好高校与中小学、地方教育行政部门协同推进的关系;在建设内容上,应树立大美育观,处理好艺术美育与学科美育、活动美育、环境美育、家庭美育和社会美育的关系;在建设方法上,高校要处理好"授之以鱼"与"授之以渔"的关系;在建设目标上,要处理好地方特色美育与大众美育的关系;在建设过程中,高校要在"支持"的基础上争取"共赢"。

The action plan of aesthetic-education infiltration in rural primary & secondary schools supported by universities is a pilot construction project of aesthetic education organized by the Ministry of Education,which has important practical significance. In terms of the subject of construction,we should deal with the relationship between universities,primary & secondary schools,and local education administrative departments;in terms of the content of construction,we should establish the concept of aesthetic education,and deal with the relationship between art aesthetic education and subject aesthetic,activity aesthetic,environmental aesthetic,family aesthetic and social aesthetic education;in terms of construction methods,we should deal with the relationship between"giving them fish"and"teaching them to fish";in terms of construction objectives,we should deal with the relationship between aesthetic education with local characteristics and public aesthetic education;and in the process of construction,universities should strive for"win-win"on the basis of"support".
