摘要
专业认证背景下,地方师范院校的师范专业面临着培养目标与基础教育实际需求相脱节,课程体系难以支撑人才培养目标,教育教学理念相对滞后,"U-G-S"培养机制不健全等多方面挑战。地方师范院校师范专业应以专业认证核心理念为指导,优化人才培养目标和课程体系,完善"U-G-S"协同培养机制,不断创新人才培养模式,才能确保师范生培养质量。
under the background of professional certification,the normal majors in local Normal Colleges are faced with many challenges,such as the disconnection between the training objectives and the actual needs of basic education,the difficulty of curriculum system in supporting talent training objectives,the lagging educational and teaching concepts,and the unsound"U-G-S"training mechanism.In order to ensure the quality of normal students’training,local Normal Colleges should take the core concept of professional certification as the guidance,optimize the talent training objectives and curriculum system,improve the"U-G-S"collaborative training mechanism,and constantly innovate the talent training mode.
