摘要
"致用",即"尽其功用",含注重实际、实用、实行之意。致用文化、笃行文化是中华民族文化的精髓,是职业教育根植延传的文化基因。职业教育发展应当汲取这一文化的精神内核,转化成新时期成就职业教育的思想资源和精神能量。致用文化与职业教育的逻辑关联可以从教育与文化的关系、培养目标的结构、教育类型的本质、文化结构的分析、文化类型的研判、育人层级的形态六个维度进行分析。职业教育践行致用文化育人的路径是:在立德树人中文化育人,在能力培养中文化育人,在职业文化学习中文化育人,在知行合一的践履中文化育人,在校园文化的浸润中文化育人。
Practical-purpose,namely,"to do its best",means to pay attention to practice,practicality and implementation.Practical-purpose culture and practical culture are the quintessence of Chinese culture and the cultural gene of vocational education.The development of vocational education should absorb the spiritual core of this culture and transform it into the ideological resources and spiritual energy of vocational education in the new era.The logical relationship between practical-purpose culture and vocational education can be analyzed from such six dimensions as the relationship between education and culture,the structure of training objectives,the nature of education types,the analysis of cultural structure,the study and judgment of cultural types,and the form of education levels.Vocational education practices the path of practical-purpose culture education,such as culture education in moral education,culture education in ability training,culture education in vocational culture learning,culture education in practice of unity of knowledge and practice,and culture education in campus-culture permeation.
