摘要
"全员、全过程、全方位育人"育人理念的落地实施,需要充分整合现有高校各类教育资源,切实用足用好各种育人路径。从现实基础和实践条件看,优先推动思政、德行、心理协同育人,是现阶段高校开展"三全育人"的"先手棋"。在这三重维度下研究协同育人,对于落实"三全育人"理念具有重要价值。要明确思政教育的功能定位是引导,强化德行教育的价值导向是基础,同时辅以积极的心理教育实现协同引导。在具体路径上,不仅要结合"课程思政"实现教学体系的逻辑整合,也要结合"德行培育"促进教学内容的多向融入,还要结合"积极心理"推动教育机制的多维共进,从而实现思政、品德和心理等育人元素有效融合,真正提高育人成效。
To implement the education concept of"all staff,all process and all-round education",we should fully integrate all education resources in universities and make full use of all education paths.From the realistic basis and practical conditions,giving priority to promoting ideological&political,virtue and psychological education is the"first step"for universities to carry out"three-all education".It is of great value to study collaborative education in the three dimensions for the implementation of the concept of"three-all education".It should be clear that the function orientation of ideological&political education is guidance,the value orientation of strengthening virtue education is the foundation,and meanwhile,it should be supplemented by positive psychological education to achieve collaborative guidance.In the specific path,we should not only combine the"ideological&political theories teaching in all courses"to achieve the logical integration of teaching system,but also combine the"virtue cultivation"to promote the multi-directional integration of teaching content,and also integrate the"positive psychology"to promote the multi-dimensional progress of education mechanism,so as to realize the effective integration of ideological&political,moral and psychological education elements,and really improve the effectiveness of education.
