摘要
将"探索—翻转—应用"模式应用于项目式教学,遵循了知识内化规律,兼顾深化理论教学和实践创新能力培养,符合新时代管理学课程的综合要求。综合管理学教学要求和项目式教学特征,"探索-翻转-应用"模式应用于管理学项目式教学具有自身的优势,在应用该模式时,应注意提高教师的专业能力,不断完善教学模式,改善教学支持条件。
The increasingly active innovative business model and the problem of Chinese context embedded management to be urgently solved put forward new requirements for the cultivation of innovative ability of management talents.We apply the"exploration-flip-application"mode to project-based teaching,follow the law of knowledge internalization,takes into account the deepening of theoretical teaching and the cultivation of practical innovation ability,which meets the comprehensive requirements of the management course in the new era.Based on the teaching requirements of management science and the characteristics of project-based teaching,this paper demonstrates the advantages of this mode applied to project-based teaching of management science and poses some problems needing attention in the application of the teaching mode in management course by analyzing the connotation and teaching concept of the"exploration-flip-application"mode.
