摘要
劳动、闲暇、教育三者之间有着密切的关系。劳动与闲暇既对立又统一。劳动是教育的组成部分,劳动教育一方面要培养学生形成正确的劳动价值观,另一方面要使学生养成良好的劳动素养。闲暇教育是教育的第三种职能,学校应通过"外在因素确定法"和"内在因素确定法"开展闲暇教育。人的教育是劳动教育与闲暇教育的融合,二者的结合具有多元的社会意义和个人意义。在现代社会,要牢牢把握劳动与闲暇、劳动与教育、闲暇与教育的关系,明确人的教育是劳动教育与闲暇教育的结合,从而实现人的全面发展。
Education,labor and leisure are closely related. Labor and leisure are in the unity of opposites. Labor is an integral part of education. On the one hand,labor education should help students to form correct labor values. On the other hand,it should make students develop good labor qualities. Leisure is the third function of education and,schools should carry out leisure education through "external factor determination methods"and "internal factor determination methods". Human education is the integration of labor education and leisure education. The combination of the two has multiple social and personal significance. In modern society,we should firmly grasp the relationship between labor and leisure,between labor and education,as well as between leisure and education,and make clear that human education is the combination of labor education and leisure education,so as to realize the all-round development of human beings.
