“五育融合”视域下劳动教育的过程逻辑与未来路向 被引量:38

摘要 "五育融合"指的是由传统德、智、体、美、劳五育各自开展的割裂状态转向相互渗透的融通状态。基于"五育融合"的视角,劳动教育的目的在于引导学生将知识学习与主客世界的改造相融通,将所知转化为"成人"与"成事"的资源,促进其意义世界的主动建构。劳动教育应是"以学致思""由思而事""以事成人"的过程,由此实现学生由"旁观者"转向"当事者",由"认识主体"走向"实践主体",最终在"成事"中自觉"成人"。未来体系化的劳动教育建构应明确"成事成人"的价值定位,架构起知识学习与个体行动的桥梁,形成"学—思—做"动态循环的劳动教育过程,建构起劳动教育与德育、智育、体育、美育相互融通的教育结构。 "The integration of five educations" refers to the change from the separate state of the five traditional educations including moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic,and labor education to a state of mutual penetration.From the perspective of the"five-education integration",the purpose of labor education is to guide students to integrate knowledge learning into the subjective and objective world,and to translate knowledge into resources that can help them grow into capable adults and make achievements,thus to promote them to actively construct a meaningful world outlook. Labor education should be a process of "thinking by learning","doing by thinking","growing by doing",thus students change from"bystanders"to"participants"and from"subjects of knowledge"to"subjects of practice",so as to consciously grow into capable adults in the process of laboring. In the future systematic labor education construction,the value of "being capable adults and making achievements"should be clarified,a bridge between knowledge learning and individual action should be constructed,a labor education process of "learning,thinking and doing"dynamic cycle should be formed,and an integrated educational structure of moral education,intellectual education,physical educationand aesthetic education should be constructed.
