研究型医院科技成果转化支撑服务体系建设思考与实践

Reflection and Practice on the Construction of Scientific and Technological Achievements Transformation Support Service System in Research Hospitals

目的针对现阶段研究型医院普遍面临成果转化效率低下的突出问题,提出从建立技术转移服务机构、概念验证中心、医工交叉平台、协同创新平台四个方面,建立研究型医院成果转化全链条支撑服务体系。方法通过对四川大学华西医院超过150位医院医务人员进行调查,综合分析其成果转化相关政策知晓度、成果情况、转化服务需求。结果有42%的专家对成果转化相关政策并不知晓;科技成果成熟度低,48%的成果停留在专利申请或授权阶段;93%的专家愿意接受专业化技术转移机构提供成果转化服务。结论研究型医院应当建立专业化技术转移机构提供技术转移服务,通过设立“概念验证中心”提高科技成果成熟度,建设“医工交叉转化平台”促进前沿技术临床应用,构建“协同创新平台”加速成果的产业化进程。

Objective In view of the prominent problems of technological achievements transformation(technology transfer)which commonly faced by research-based hospitals at the present stage,this paper proposes to establish a whole-chain support service system of technological achievements transformation for research hospitals from four aspects,namely,founding technology transfer service organizations,proofof-concept centers,integration platforms of medical engineering and collaborative innovation platforms.Methods Through the investigation of over 150 medical staff in west China hospital,to analyze their awareness of relevant policies,stages of their scientific and technological achievements and service demands of technology transfer services.Results 42%of the experts had no understanding of relevant policies.The maturity of scientific and technological achievements are low and 48%remain in the patent application or authorization stage.93%of the experts were willing to accept professional technology transfer services from technology transfer organization.Conclusion The hospitals need to build up technology transfer organization to delivery professional technology transfer services,to set up"proof of concept centers"to improve the maturity of scientific and technological achievements,to construct“integration platforms of medical engineering”to promote clinical application of frontier technology,to establish and cooperate with"collaborative innovation platforms"to accelerate the industrialization of the projects.
