凝血三项联合D-二聚体检验在孕妇凝血状态评估中的应用分析

Analysis of the Application of Three Items of Coagulation Combined With D-dimer Test in the Assessment of Coagulation Status of Pregnant Women

目的探讨凝血三项联合D-二聚体检验在孕妇凝血状态评估的应用价值。方法选取2019年1-12月期间收治的孕晚期孕妇80例为观察组,同时选取同期行健康体检的正常未妊娠女性80例为对照组;两组均进行凝血三项联合D-二聚体检查,对两组的检查结果进行比较。结果与对照组比较,观察组D-二聚体水平明显升高(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)时间均明显下降,但纤维蛋白(FIB)则明显升高(P<0.05)。结论孕妇产前检查中为其开展凝血三项联合D-二聚体检验可为临床上判定其凝血状态,降低产科意外事件发生风险提供重要参考,值得临床使用。

Objective To explore the application value of three coagulation tests combined with D-dimer test in the assessment of coagulation status of pregnant women.Methods A total of 80 pregnant women in the third trimester of pregnancy who were admitted from January to December 2019 were selected as the observation group,and 80 normal non-pregnant women who underwent a physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group;both groups underwent coagulation triple combined D-dimer examination,to compare the examination results of the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the level of D-dimer in the observation group was significantly increased(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)time of the observation group were significantly decreased,but fibrin(FIB)was significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion The three items of coagulation combined D-dimer test for coagulation of pregnant women during antenatal examination can provide an important reference for clinical determination of their coagulation status and reduce the risk of accidents in obstetrics.It is worth of clinical application.
