探究超声诊断对肛周感染性疾病的应用效果

To Explore the Effect of Ultrasound Diagnosis on Perianal Infectious Diseases

目的对肛周感染性疾病患者采用超声诊断后的诊断准确率进行探究和分析。方法以本院于2018年6月-2020年5月期间接收的60例经手术证实患有肛周感染性疾病患者作为此次研究对象,给予所有患者均采用超声诊断,并探究该种诊断方法在肛周感染性疾病治疗中的临床应用效果。结果60例经手术证实患有肛周感染性疾病患者中,共诊断出单纯性肛周脓肿、肛瘘、复合型肛周脓肿共有58例,诊断准确率占比96.67%;不同疾病诊断类型诊断准确率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超声诊断应用效果明显,既可以有效提高肛周感染性疾病的临床诊断准确率,又可以准确获取患者脓肿大小、位置以及类型等相关信息,为临床治疗方案提供重要依据。

Objective To explore and analyze the diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound in patients with perianal infectious diseases.Methods From June 2018 to May 2020,60 patients with perianal infectious diseases confirmed by operation were selected as the research objects,all patients were given ultrasound diagnosis,and the clinical application effect of this diagnosis method in the treatment of perianal infectious diseases was explored.Results Among 60 patients with perianal infectious diseases confirmed by operation,58 patients were diagnosed as simple perianal abscess,anal fistula and compound perianal abscess,with the diagnostic accuracy of 96.67%;there was no significant difference in the diagnostic accuracy of different disease types(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of ultrasound can not only effectively improve the clinical diagnosis accuracy of perianal infectious diseases,but also accurately obtain the relevant information of abscess size,location and type,which provides important basis for clinical treatment.
