奥拉西坦联合康复治疗对脑卒中患者的效果及对运动和认知功能的影响

The Effect of Oxiracetam Combined With Rehabilitation on Stroke Patients and its Effect on Motor and Cognitive Function

目的探讨对脑卒中患者临床治疗中应用奥拉西坦治疗配合康复训练治疗的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月-2019年10月收治的脑卒中患者88例为观察对象,随机分为对照组患者44例给予奥拉西坦治疗,观察组患者44例给予奥拉西坦与康复辅助治疗,对两组患者临床治疗效果及运动和认知功能的影响。结果观察组总有效率为93.18%明显高于对照组的77.27%(P<0.05)。认知和运动功能恢复观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中患者应用奥拉西坦联合康复治疗临床疗效显著,对患者认知功能和运动功能改善明显,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of oxiracetam combined with rehabilitation training in the clinical treatment of stroke patients.Methods 88 stroke patients admitted from January 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into control group(44 cases)and observation group(44 cases)treated with oxiracetam and rehabilitation adjuvant treatment.The effects of the two groups on the clinical treatment effect,exercise and cognitive function were studied.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.18%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.27%)(P<0.05).The recovery of cognitive and motor function in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of olacetam combined with rehabilitation on stroke patients is significant,the cognitive function and motor function of patients are improved significantly,and the quality of life of patients is improved.
