盐酸美金刚治疗帕金森痴呆的疗效

Efficacy of Memantine Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Parkinson’s Dementia

目的研究并探讨盐酸美金刚治疗帕金森痴呆的近期临床效果。方法用2018年1月-2019年5月在医院医治的84例帕金森痴呆患者进行此次探究,掷硬币法分为两组,各42例。参照组用盐酸多奈哌齐治疗,观察组用盐酸美金刚治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、不良反应、相关指标。结果治疗后,参照组治疗效果差于观察组;观察组比参照组不良反应少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在帕金森痴呆中用盐酸美金刚治疗效果更佳,药物针对病症发挥作用,延缓病情加重,改善记忆力不佳等情况,提高患者在生活中的安全度,患者较少出现不良反应。

Objective To study and discuss the recent clinical effect of memantine hydrochloride in the treatment of Parkinson's dementia.Methods 84 patients with Parkinson's dementia who were treated in hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into two groups by the coin toss,42 in each group.The control group was treated with donepezil hydrochloride and the observation group with memantine hydrochloride.The therapeutic effect,adverse reactions and related indexes of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the treatment effect of the reference group was worse than that of the observation group,and the adverse reactions of the observation group were less than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion In Parkinson’s dementia,the effect of memantine hydrochloride is better.The medicine can play a role in the disease,delay the aggravation of the disease,improve the poor memory and other conditions,improve the safety of patients in life.Patients rarely have adverse reactions.
