双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合穴位按摩对小儿沙门菌感染性腹泻的临床疗效研究

Clinical Efficacy of Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine Tablets Combined With Acupoint Massage on Diarrhea Caused by Salmonella in Children

目的探讨双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合穴位按摩对小儿沙门菌感染性腹泻的临床疗效研究。方法选取2019年7月-2020年6月本科室收治的小儿患儿,60例患儿均确诊为沙门菌小儿感染性腹泻,使用抽签分组的方式,分为对照组以及研究组,对照组接受常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗基础上接受双歧杆菌四联活菌片和穴位按摩,对比两组患儿的疗效差异。结果研究组患儿的治愈人数较对照组多,总有效率高于对照组,研究组患儿不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的治疗时长低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿沙门菌感染性腹泻在常规治疗基础上采用双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合穴位按摩疗法,能够有效的改善患儿的临床症状,与单独的西药治疗相比,该疗法的不良反应发生率以及程度较轻,疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets combined with acupoint massage on infantile salmonella infectious diarrhea.Methods 60 cases of pediatric patients admitted to our department from July 2019 to June 2020 were all diagnosed as salmonella infectious diarrhea.They were divided into control group and research group by drawing lots.The control group received routine treatment,and the research group received bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets and acupoint massage on the basis of routine treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The number of patients cured in the study group was more than that in the control group,the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The treatment duration of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets combined with acupoint massage therapy on the basis of routine treatment for infantile salmonella infectious diarrhea can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.Compared with western medicine alone,the incidence and degree of adverse reactions of this therapy are less,and the curative effect is significant.
