中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效观察

The Clinical Effect of the Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨观察对冠心病心绞痛中西医结合治疗的临床治疗效果。方法选取冠心病心绞痛患者80例,均为我院2018年6月-2019年12月收治,分为两组,各40例,其中对照组采用西药治疗,观察组采用中西医结合治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比。结果观察组总有效率为92.5%高于对照组的75.0%(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组观察指标结果更优(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组发作频率和持续时长更短(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病心绞痛患者应用中西医结合治疗,对心功能改善明显,促进症状改善,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the combination of Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods 80 patients with angina pectoris were selected from June 2018 to December 2019 in our hospital,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with integrated Chinese and western medicine.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.5%,which was significantly higher than 75.0%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group was significantly better than the observation group(P<0.05).After treatment,the attack frequency and duration of the observation group were significantly shorter(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Chinese and western medicine can improve the cardiac function,promote the improvement of symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients with angina pectoris.
