早期心脏康复对急性心肌梗死PCI术患者康复效果的影响

Effect of Early Cardiac Rehabilitation on Rehabilitation Effect of Patients With Acute Myocardial Infarction After PCI

目的分析急性心肌梗死经皮冠状动脉介入术(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)患者用早期心脏康复措施效果。方法在2018年6月-2019年9月抽取68例本院收治的行急性心肌梗死PCI术的患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组(对照组、观察组),每组各34例。对照组采用常规管理,基于此,观察组增加早期心脏康复,对比心功能、不良心理状态评分、并发症发生率。结果观察组心功能[LVEDD:(57.5±5.2)mm;LVESD:(42.1±5.5)mm;LVEF:(48.5±7.5)%]优于对照组[LVEDD:(64.3±6.0)mm;LVESD:(56.7±5.4)mm;LVEF:(40.4±7.1)%],观察组不良心理状态[SAS:(29.52±8.75)分;SDS:(28.17±9.04)分]评分低于对照组[SAS:(35.96±9.57)分;SDS:(35.41±9.52)分](P<0.05);观察组出现1例心悸并发症,发生率为2.94%;对照组出现7例,心悸并发症发生率为25.59%,两者差异显著,P<0.05。结论急性心肌梗死PCI术患者用早期心脏康复干预,既可缓解患者不良心态、改善心功能,又可减少并发症。

Objective To analyze the effect of early cardiac rehabilitation measures in patients with acute myocardial infarction PCI.Methods From June 2018 to September 2019,68 patients undergoing PCI for acute myocardial infarction were randomly selected into two groups(control group and observation group),with 34 cases in each group.The control group was administered routinely.Based on this,the observation group increased early cardiac rehabilitation and compared cardiac function,adverse mental state scores,and complication rates.Results The cardiac function in the observation group[LVEDD:(57.5±5.2)mm;LVESD:(42.1±5.5)mm;LVEF:(48.5±7.5)%]was better than the control group[LVEDD:(64.3±6.0)mm;LVESD:(56.7±5.4)mm;LVEF:(40.4±7.1)%].The score of bad mental state in observation group[SAS:(29.52±8.75)points;SDS:(28.17±9.04)points;]was lower than that in control group[SAS:(35.96±9.57)points;SDS:(35.41±9.52)points](P<0.05);The observation group had 1 palpitation complication,the incidence rate was 2.94%;the control group had 7,the incidence rate was 25.59%,the difference was significant,P<0.05.Conclusion Early cardiac rehabilitation intervention for patients with acute myocardial infarction with PCI can both relieve the patient's bad state of mind,improve cardiac function,and reduce complications.
