摘要
目的分析优化护理管理流程在核医学检查中的应用效果。方法选我科门诊接收的核医学检查患者94例作为研究对象,时间段是2018年1-12月,分组时用随机抽取法,对照组在检查过程中给予常规护理服务,研究组则实施优化护理管理流程,将两组的护患纠纷发生情况以及临床护理满意程度加以比较。结果相比于对照组,研究组的护患纠纷发生率要更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者在沟通交流、服务态度、基础护理、心理护理方面的护理满意度评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上在核医学检查过程中实施优化护理管理流程,可减少护患矛盾,增强患者对护理服务的满意程度。
Objective To analyze the application effect of optimizing nursing management process in nuclear medical examination.Methods 94 nuclear medical examination patients were selected from our clinic from January to December 2018.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing service during the examination process,while the study group optimized the nursing management flow,and compared the occurrence of nurse-patient disputes and the satisfaction of clinical nursing between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of nurse-patient disputes in the study group was lower,the difference was significant(P<0.05),and the incidence of nurse-patient disputes in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of nursing satisfaction in communication,service attitude,basic nursing and psychological nursing were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Optimizing nursing management process in the process of nuclear medical examination can reduce the contradiction between nurses and patients and enhance the satisfaction of patients with nursing service.
