摘要
采用三维人体数据扫描技术,以爱华8号女性人台为研究对象,通过三维人体扫描技术获取扫描数据,在该数据的基础上进行数据提取与版型建模。结合传统的平面版型设计方法对三维版型进行分割线设计并展平修正,建立基于数字化三维人体模型的女装基础版型关系模型。为了验证模型效果,将女装基础版型关系模型生成的版型1∶1打印并制作样衣,通过样衣试穿的方式对关系模型进行验证。结果表明:样衣试穿效果良好,验证了基于三维人体模型的女装版型关系模型设计方法的可行性。
The object of this study is Alva 8.The three-dimensional human body data scanning was carried out.By analyzing the relationship between human body and block,data was gained and the block model was built based on such data scanning.Line dividing of three-dimension was designed in the light of traditional plain style design method and then it was opened to modify,thus forming a relational model for woman′s body block based on digital three-dimensional human body model.To verify the efficiency of the model,the pattern made by the relational model for woman′s body block were printed by the proportion of 1 to 1 and then these were printed on white clothes and cut manually and sewed.This model was verified by means of sample trying.The result was effective,which means the design of the relational model for woman′s body block based on three-dimensional human body model is feasible.
