二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病认识功能低下对患者认知功能及血糖血脂的影响

Effect of metformin on the cognitive function,blood glucose and blood lipids of type 2 diabetes with cognitive dysfumction

目的观察二甲双胍对2型糖尿病认识功能低下患者认知功能及血糖血脂的影响。方法选择2018年2月-2019年3月开滦总医院收治的2型糖尿病认识功能低下患者110例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组55例。对照组采用常规磺脲类药物治疗,而观察组在对照组基础上联合二甲双胍治疗。比较2组治疗前后认知功能、血糖指标及血脂指标。结果治疗后,2组简明智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,2组糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)及空腹血糖(FBG)水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,2组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平高于治疗前,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、三酰甘油(TG)及总胆固醇(TC)水平均低于治疗前,且观察组变化幅度大于对照组(P<0.01)。结论二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病认识功能低下患者可改善认知功能、血糖及血脂水平。

Objective To observe the effect of metformin on the cognitive function,blood glucose and blood lipids of type 2 diabetes with cognitive dysfumction.Methods 110 patients of type 2 diabetes with cognitive dysfuncition admitted to Kailuan General Hospital from February 2018 to March 2019 were selected,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional sulfonylureas,while the observation group was treated with metformin on the basis of the control group.The cognitive function,blood glucose index and blood lipid index of the two groups were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the MMSE scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the levels of glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG)and fasting blood glucose(FBG)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the levels of highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)in the two groups were higher than before treatment,and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),triacylglycerol(TG)and total cholesterol(TC)levels were lower than before treatment,and the magnitude of change in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Metformin in treatment of type 2 diabetes with cognitive dysfuncition can improve cognitive function,blood sugar and blood lipid levels.
