摘要
目的观察黄连对缺血性脑损伤小鼠海马组织中丙二醛(MDA)的影响及其对小鼠缺血性脑损伤的保护作用。方法将SPF小鼠36只采用随机数字表法分为给药组、模型组和正常组,每组12只。给药组和模型组通过小鼠右颈内总动脉结扎手术建立小鼠个体水平缺血性脑损伤模型,分别采用黄连浸出液灌胃和生理盐水灌胃,在相同条件下饲养,不同时间段分别处死小鼠,取出小鼠海马组织,通过MDA试剂盒测定小鼠海马组织中MDA的含量。结果用药组和模型组小鼠海马组织中MDA的含量总体高于正常组,用药组MDA含量随时间出现波动。结论黄连对小鼠缺血性脑损伤具有一定的保护作用。
Objective To observe the effect of coptis on malondialdehyde(MDA)in hippocampus of mice with ischemic brain injury,and to explore the protective effect of coptis on mice with ischemic brain injury.Methods 36 SPF mice were divided into administration group,model group and normal group by random number table,12 mice in each group.The administration group and the model group established mice individual-level ischemic brain injury models by ligation of the right internal carotid artery in mice,and they were administered with coptis extract and normal saline respectively.The mice were reared under the same conditions,and the mice were sacrificed at different time periods.The hippocampal tissues of the mice were taken out,and the content of MDA in the hippocampal tissues of the mice was determined by MDA kit.Results The content of MDA in the hippocampus of the mice in the medication group and the model group was generally higher than that in the normal group,and the MDA content in the medication group fluctuated with time.Conclusion Coptis has a certain protective effect on ischemic brain injury in mice.
