通窍活血汤联合针刺治疗阿尔茨海默病气滞血瘀证临床研究

Clinical Study on Tongqiao Huoxue Tang Combined with Acupuncture for Alzheimer Disease of Blood Stasis Due to Qi Stagnation Type

目的:探讨通窍活血汤联合针刺治疗阿尔茨海默病(AD)气滞血瘀证的临床效果。方法:选取92例AD气滞血瘀证患者,根据随机数字表法分为2组,每组46例。观察组给予通窍活血汤联合针刺治疗,对照组仅采取针刺治疗,治疗后比较2组临床疗效、中医证候积分、简易精神状态评价量表(MMSE)评分及血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平。结果:观察组总有效率为84.78%优于对照组的67.39%(P<0.05)。2组治疗后中医证候积分及血清Hcy水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组中医证候积分及血清Hcy水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后语言能力、记忆力、计算力和注意力、定向力评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),观察组上述MMSE细则评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对AD气滞血瘀证患者采用通窍活血汤联合针刺治疗疗效显著,可显著缓解患者的临床症状,改善其认知功能,降低血清Hcy水平。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Tongqiao Huoxue tang combined with acupuncture in the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome in Alzheimer disease(AD).Methods:A total of 92 AD patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome were selected and divided into 2 groups according to the random number table method,each with46 cases.The observation group was given Tongqiao Huoxue tang combined with acupuncture treatment,and the control group only took acupuncture treatment.After treatment,the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,Mini-mental State Examination(MMSE)score and serum homocysteine(Hcy)levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group(84.78%)was better than that of the control group(67.39%)(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes and serum Hcy levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes and serum Hcy levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the language ability of the two groups after treatment,memory,the scores of computing power and attention,and orientation were all higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above-mentioned MMSE detailed scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For AD patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,Tongqiao Huoxue tang combined with acupuncture has a significant therapeutic effect,can significantly alleviating clinical symptoms,improving cognitive function,and reducing serum Hcy levels.
