平心合剂对心衰易损期患者心率、Galectin-3及生活质量的影响

Effect of Pingxin Mixture on Heart Rate,Galectin-3 and Life Quality of Patients at Vulnerable Period of Heart Failure

目的:观察平心合剂对心衰易损期患者心率、半乳糖凝集素-3(Galectin-3)及生活质量的影响。方法:本研究共纳入心衰易损期患者81例,按随机数字表法分为观察组41例及对照组40组。对照组予常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方案的基础上加平心合剂,共治疗3个月,比较2组患者心率、Galectin-3及明尼苏达生活质量量表(MLHFQ)评分的变化。结果:治疗后,2组Galectin-3水平、平均心率、MLHFQ评分均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组Galectin-3水平、平均心率、MLHFQ评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:平心合剂有助于改善心衰易损期患者临床症状、降低Galectin-3水平及平均心率。

Objective:To observe the effect of Pingxin mixture on heart rate,Galectin-3,and life quality of patients at vulnerable period of heart failure.Methods:A total of 81 cases of patients at vulnerable period of heart failure were enrolled and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,41 and 40 cases in each group respectively.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was additionally treated Pingxin mixture based on the treatment of the control group.All groups were treated for three months.The changes in heart rate,Galectin-3,and the scores of Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire(MLHFQ)were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of Galectin-3,mean heart rate,and the scores of MLHFQ in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,differences being significant(P<0.05).The levels of Galectin-3,mean heart rate,and the score of MLHFQ in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pingxin mixture conduces to improving clinical symptoms of patient at vulnerable period of heart failure,and bring down the level of Galectin-3 and mean heart rate.
